What we collect

We collect your phone number, Ghana Card details (for seller verification), transaction data, delivery addresses, and chat messages. This information is necessary to operate the platform, verify identity, process payments, and resolve disputes.

Ghana Card data

Ghana Card data is stored securely and only accessed by admin for verification purposes. We do not share Ghana Card images or numbers with buyers, other sellers, or third parties. Verification documents are encrypted at rest and in transit.

No data sales

We never sell user data to third parties. Your personal information is used only to operate the platform and improve your experience. We do not use your data for advertising profiling or external marketing without your explicit consent.

How we use data

Data is used only to operate the platform and resolve disputes. This includes: verifying sellers, processing orders, facilitating chat between buyers and sellers, handling refunds, and investigating reports of fraud or abuse.

Communication

We may contact you via phone or email regarding your orders, account status, or platform updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time from your account settings.

Payment data

Payment processing is handled by Paystack. We do not store your card details or MoMo PIN. We only store transaction references, amounts, and status for record-keeping and dispute resolution.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice before the changes take effect.
