Terms of Service
By using Kantamanto Connect, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Platform fee
A 5% platform fee is charged on every completed transaction. This fee is deducted automatically before payout to the seller and helps us maintain verification, escrow, dispute resolution, and customer support.
Seller verification
All sellers must be Ghana Card verified before they can list products. We verify identity, location, and business legitimacy. Sellers who cannot provide valid verification will not be approved.
Escrow protection
Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the item. This protects both parties — the buyer knows their money is safe, and the seller knows the buyer has paid.
Buyer confirmation window
The buyer has 24 hours from the time of confirmed delivery to inspect the item and confirm receipt. If no dispute is raised within this window, the order is automatically marked as completed.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, our team will review the case and make a fair determination within 72 hours. Both parties must provide evidence (photos, chat logs, delivery proof) to support their claim.
Dispatch proof
Sellers must provide dispatch proof (waybill photo, tracking number, or delivery confirmation) before payout is released. This ensures accountability and protects buyers from non-delivery.
Fraud reporting
Fraudulent sellers can be reported to the Ghana Police Service. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and provide all necessary evidence including identity documents and transaction records.
Account suspension
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations including but not limited to: fraud, selling counterfeit goods, abusive behaviour, repeated disputes, and failure to provide dispatch proof.
